Qualifications:
·         Preferable graduate from Tourism Academy (F & B Management) or another related education background.
·         Minimum 2 (two) years experience in similar position at reputable catering, resto & café or 3/4 stars hotel.
·         Solid background in all aspects of food production cost control.
·         Able to thoroughly analyze cost data.
·         Self starter, energetic, able to perform well under stress
·         Disciplined, dedicated, self motivated and strong character
·         Good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP system 
·         Fluent in English written and oral.

Qualifications:

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE




Dear Members and Colleagues

We are please to announce that we have had new committee for our Association of Culinary Professional period of 2008-2010 in our Members meeting at Sari Pan Pacific on January 31st, 2008.

We will continue to become an association to gather all culinary professionals in Indonesia to develop Indonesian cuisine in it’s own country and promote it internationally and continue to develop and prepared our Young Chef, the next generation of our culinary world in their profession.

We would like to give our appreciation to the previous committee for all their dedication and hard work, for their program and contribution not only to the Association but also to our society and surroundings.

We hope to see you all in our next meeting in March where we will start creating an agenda and up coming program for all members and colleagues.
