Unit Manager – 3 positions 
 
Qualifications:

Preferable graduate from Hospitality Academy (F & B Management) or S1 in related field.
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in similar position at reputable catering, resto & café or 3/4 stars hotel.
Must be physically fit & have a high regard for a personal appearance & hygiene.
Self starter, have knowledge and skillful in planning, budgeting resto/ café operations as well as supervising and controlling their execution.
Customer oriented, well grommed and well manner.
Having good leadership skills.        
Ability to work under pressure & as active team player.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP system.
Fluent in English written and oral.
Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
 
 Food & Beverage Cost Controller (Location: Jakarta)
Qualifications:
·         Preferable graduate from Tourism Academy (F & B Management) or another related education background.
·         Minimum 2 (two) years experience in similar position at reputable catering, resto & café or 3/4 stars hotel.
·         Solid background in all aspects of food production cost control.
·         Able to thoroughly analyze cost data.
·         Self starter, energetic, able to perform well under stress
·         Disciplined, dedicated, self motivated and strong character
·         Good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP system 
·         Fluent in English written and oral.
·         Computer literature (Powerpoint Ms Word, Ms Excel)
 
HR Officer  - 3 positions (Location: Kalimantan/Jakarta)
 
Qualifications:

At least degree holder in Law / Psychology / Management
At lest 2 years experience in the related field.
Good understanding of Labor Law and Regulation.
Have relevant experience in training and recruitment.
Can work independently with minimum supervision.
Having good leadership skills.        
·         Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000  will be an advantage.

Training Officer  - 1 positions (Location: Tangguh - Papua)
 
Qualifications:
·         Minimum Diploma III Perhotelan (Food Production) / S1 Psychology, Management.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in same position, preferably from hospitality industry.
Good planning and orientation for trainning programme and able to make training need analysis and training evaluation.
Good teaching and communications skill, excellent management and leadership skills, energetic, hardworking good personality and willing to travel.
·         Having good leadership skills.  
·         Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000  will be an advantage.

Maintenance Supervisor (Location: Tangguh – Papua)
 
Qualifications:
·         Associates degree/Polytechnic/ Bachelor  from Mechanical Engineering.
·         Has minimum 5  years experience in related field.
·         Has an experience with with kitchen equipment & Laundry Machine..
·         Posses strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Having good leadership skills.  
·         Hard worker and target oriented person.
·         Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000

Sales Executive (Location: Jakarta)
 
Qualifications:
·         Diploma III Perhotelan, Communication, Management / Bachelor Degree in any discipline
·         2 years proven sales experience for Sales Executive (SE) with potential Leadership Qualities, self-starter with excellent Interpersonal skills
·         Customer and service – orientied person with passion and desire
·         Target Oriented and able to work independently
·         Hard worker and willing to work under presure
·         Has an update knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000  will be an advantage.
·         Computer literature (Powerpoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel)
·         Willing to travel
 
 
Sales & Marketing Administrator (Location: Jakarta)
 
Qualifications:

D1/D3 from secretarial academy/ Management / related education background.
Prefer 1-2 years working experience, preferably in sales / marketing of hospitality industry.
Ability to handle all sales process.
Having good business correspondence skill
Attractive appearance with good communication skill
Good team player and filling documents
Willing to work hard and self-motivated
